 影片主线讲述了19世纪一户普通家庭来到芝加哥并奋斗的故事，影片后半一头母牛碰倒了提灯点燃了大火，展现了惊人的火灾场景。

　　在一个傍山的小镇，某天镇上的中学转来一个名叫川上富江（松本莉绪 饰）的女孩，她拥有世间罕见的绝美容貌以及神秘销魂的摄人魅力，班上所有的男生都被她的美貌所折服，理所当然她也遭到所有女同学的憎恨，只有松原礼子（今宿麻美 饰）成为富江唯一的朋友。不久，男生们全部有如鬼魂附体一般成为富江的奴仆，富江靠着她的美丽成为了这个班级的独裁者。渐渐，男生女生为了富江几近疯狂，他们相信富江一定是魔鬼化身。在一个月黑风高的夜里，男生女生在高木老师（森下能幸 饰）的带领下杀害并且肢解了富江。殊不知富江拥有无穷无尽的再生魔力……　　本片根据伊藤润二的同名系列恐怖漫画改编。

　　At fictitious Tait University in the Roaring 20's, co-ed and school librarian Connie Lane (June Allyson) falls for football hero Tommy Marlowe (Peter Lawford). Unfortunately, he has his eye on gold-digging vamp Pat McClellan. Tommy's grades start to slip, which keeps him from playing in the big game. Connie eventually finds out Tommy really loves her and devises a plan to win him back and to get him back on the field.

　　A couple's ailing marriage is put to the test when they are held hostage in an isolated vacation rental by an unseen Voice that commands their every move.
